According to the survey report on the use of all-in-one HD digital TV users released by the consumer product survey office of China electronics chamber of Commerce, driven by the opening of terrestrial digital HD signals in eight major cities in China, the market heat of all-in-one HD digital TV continues to rise, and the number of competitive brands increases sharply. In Tianjin market, the sales of all-in-one digital HDTV has been heating up since August 2008. In addition to Toshiba, LG and other foreign brands that entered the field in the early stage, domestic brands such as Tsinghua Tongfang, Changhong and TCL also entered the camp of HD digital TV all-in-one on a large scale. Therefore, digital all-in-one machine is regarded as a product "representing the future direction of digital TV".
At present, the development of HD TV in China is still in its infancy. It is understood that there are four sets of charging HD channels in China, namely CCTV HD of China broadcasting media, new vision of Shanghai Wenguang, Shenzhen HD and Huacheng HD film and television. However, due to the high charging (80-120 yuan / month) mode, the total number of users does not exceed 50000. Therefore, at this stage, terrestrial digital TV manufacturers should actively deal with the increasingly fierce competition, maintain their high-speed pace with continuous technological breakthroughs and innovations, and promote the development and popularization of terrestrial digital TV in China, so as to occupy a place in the future market.
In 2009, the state will focus on promoting the digitization of wireless TV, prepare to broadcast terrestrial digital TV in municipalities directly under the central government and provincial capital cities, relay high-definition TV programs of CCTV, build terrestrial digital TV coverage systems in 360 prefecture level cities, and carry out standard definition "analog-to-digital simulcast" TV business; Build 360 prefecture level city ground digital television monitoring networks.
